Artist Biography

Menucha Page is a Jewish artist from Jerusalem, Israel. She combines ancient themes from the oral and written Torah with cutting-edge artistic techniques, combining painting, drawing, calligraphy, metalwork, and photography to create unique works of art that illuminate traditional texts and concepts stretching back to the Divine creation of the world. Her gallery is located in a historic renovated building in Nachalot, one of the first neighbourhoods built outside of the Old City walls when the Jewish People began returning to their land.

Artist Statement

Working from the heart of ancient and holy city of Jerusalem, Israel, I work with ancient themes of the most ancient living tradition in the world, that of the Torah, buying those ancient truths with cutting edge artistic techniques, combining painting, photography, metal work, and NFT to create a contemporary form of Jewish art. I believe that to be meaningful, art needs to stir the soul and inspire the mind, causing a shifting of perspective and opening of the mind. To connect to that which is beautiful and ancient within us.
